For your stay in Southern Brittany, the Manoir de Saint-Fiacre welcomes you to the heart of the Breton countryside, just 700 m on foot from Rochefort-en-Terre, one of France’s Most Beautiful Villages and a Petite Cité de Caractère. The gîte is 25 minutes from Malestroit and 30 minutes from the sea. This recently renovated manor outbuilding combines the comfort of a guesthouse with the independence of a holiday home. It features three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private toilet. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a dining area, a small laundry room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two rooms with 180x200 cm beds that can be set up as two 90x200 cm beds, each with a private bathroom and separate toilet, and a third room with a 160x200 cm bed, private shower room, and separate toilet. Cleaning is not included but can be arranged on site for an extra charge. Outside, enjoy a tree-lined garden and a terrace with dining table. A covered area opens onto the manor’s inner courtyard for extra relaxation. You can park your vehicles in the gîte’s garden via a private entrance. The gîte adjoins the owner’s office and is on the property, where guest rooms are also available. Just 300 m from the Moulin Neuf lake and leisure base, 5 minutes from the Prehistory Park, 15 minutes from Branféré Animal Park, 25 minutes from Malestroit and La Gacilly, 30 minutes from Billiers beach, 35 minutes from Damgan, and 40 minutes from Vannes.
